Refund policy

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, all of the following conditions must be met:

  • The return request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery (or within the
  • timeframe specified on the product page)
  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging
    Proof of purchase is required

For hygiene and safety reasons, used or opened beauty products are not eligible for return, unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.


 

60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee (First Product Only)

We stand behind our product.

If you are not satisfied, we offer a 60-day money-back guarantee on one opened product per customer (first order only).

If multiple units are purchased, the guarantee applies to one unit only. All additional units must be unopened to qualify for a refund.

This guarantee is limited to one refund per customer.


Subscription Items

  • Subscription purchases follow the standard return policy above, with the following additional conditions:
  • Subscription items are eligible for return only if they meet all standard return eligibility requirements (unused, unopened, and in original packaging).
  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs for subscription orders.
    Subscription items are not eligible for any bundle deals, promotions, or combined discounts.
  • Refunds for subscription items will follow the same process outlined in the Refunds section.
  • The 60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee does not apply to subscription orders.

 

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the issue

We will review the issue and make it right as quickly as possible.
In these cases, we will cover any applicable return shipping costs.


 

Refunds

Once your return is approved and received:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

For approved returns that are not related to damaged, defective, or incorrect items, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
