Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once your order has been processed, it will be handed over to our shipping partners for delivery.

Please note that processing times do not include weekends or holidays.

  • United Kingdom: 7–15 business days
  • Australia: 10–20 business days
  • Europe: 10–20 business days
  • Rest of World: 15–25 business days

Shipping times may vary depending on location, customs processing, and local postal services.

Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow 3–5 days for tracking details to update.

Tracking updates may be limited while your package is in transit between countries.

International shipments may be subject to customs fees, import taxes, or duties imposed by your local government. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.


 

Delays

While we do our best to meet delivery estimates, occasional delays may occur due to factors outside our control, including customs inspections, carrier delays, or high shipping demand.
